Gary Gilman – Owner-President
Gary is a hands-on business owner who holds several
certifications in mold remediation, water damage restoration,
structural drying and odor removal. He’s seen many damp, moldy
crawl spaces and basements, and he has the extensive knowledge
to help solve your crawl space or basement moisture issues.
He is
a Council-certified Microbial Supervisor. He has attended numerous industry
trainings, seminars and conventions on all facets of the
cleaning and restoration industry.
Gary grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York and studied business at
the University of Colorado in Boulder. He moved to Vail in 1977
and founded SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, our sister
company which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Gary’s wife, Julie Stoxen, co-owns and operates the company.
They reside in Eagle County with their daughter
Maggie. Gary is also a member of the Edwards Rotary Club.
Always up for a challenge, he enjoys powder skiing,
snowboarding, kayaking, rafting, soccer, windsurfing, and
coaching soccer. |

Julie
Stoxen – Treasurer - Co-Owner
Julie moved to the area in 1979 after graduating from the
University of Illinois. She is a “hands-on” owner, helping with
the complex internal needs of the company and assisting at
emergency job sites when needed. She and Gary have a daughter,
Maggie, and Julie enjoys being involved in Maggie’s school and
extra-curricular activities. |

Adem
Brooks – Field Supervisor
Adem joined the SteamMaster team in January 2008.
In his previous employment, Adem was part of a disaster response team around the United States,
South America and the Caribbean Islands. He worked in New
Orleans and the Bahamas after Hurricane Katrina and recently
took part in a
Mold Remediation project in Galveston after Hurricane Ike.
Adem's family includes his wife Megan, sons Tyler,
Quincy and Preston and new-born baby RaeLynn. |

Melchor Delgado– Technician Melchor is a
certified technician with Colorado Basement Systems. He
installs the many solutions CBS offers for damp crawl spaces and

David
Gardoni – Restoration Division Manager
Originally from the Salinas Valley in California, David majored
in Crop Science at California Polytechnical State Institute.
He uses this “techie” degree as our resident Thermographer. In
layman’s terms, he takes a thermal imaging camera into homes to
easily find seeping water and moisture that is invisible to the
naked eye. David is usually out on the road visiting sites in
need of fire or flood restoration. David enjoys
spending time with his wife, Marie, children and grandchildren, and is proud
to tell you that a third grandchild is on the way as of December
2007! He also enjoys hunting, fishing and camping. |

Rinalds Jansons – Water Restoration Assistant
Rinalds lived in Miami for 2 and a half years
where he worked as a handyman. He moved to the valley almost
two years ago with his wife, Rachel. They are avid mountain
bikers. Rinalds has certification on structural drying, carpet
and upholstery cleaning and odor control. He took a class in
water restoration in Memphis, Tennessee. Rinalds is very astute
in the science of drying structures in a water damage loss. |

Adam Kiss –
Certified Rug Specialist (CRS)
Oriental Rug Division Manager
Adam has lived in the valley for over 20 years and is a
graduate of the University of Colorado. He is SteamMaster’s
long-time Oriental rug and leather care expert and works his
magic when cleaning, repairing or dying your rugs or furniture.
He can’t make them fly, but he can make them sparkle! Adam’s
many certifications include: Master Cleaning Technician, Master
Upholstery and Fabric Technician, Water Damage Restoration,
Carpet Repair and Installation. Schools attended: Certified Rug
Specialist, Wool Care Certification, Advanced Leather Care,
Advanced Leather Repair, Advanced Stone Care and Restoration. |

Gina
Lowry - Accounting
Gina is responsible for restoration billing,
overseeing collections, and receivables. When Gina isn’t working, she enjoys
reading a good book or going camping and boating with her
family. She has two children, Brigitte and Bradley.

Rajkumar Manickam - Chief Executive Officer
Raj is originally from Melaka, Malaysia and has a 17 year
background in banking. He moved to the valley in 1998. Raj has
been with SteamMaster for over 5 years and holds the title of CEO. He
oversees all the company’s endeavors through division and
department managers. Raj systematically adds his magic touch to
every project and is the workhorse that makes the intangibles
happen. When Raj is out of the office he enjoys spending time
with his wife and daughter. Raj firmly believes in SteamMaster's purpose statement of creating a healthy indoor
environment while providing superior service and creating a
rewarding place to work. |

Div
Manula - Sales
Div meets with customers, listens to their concerns, and
then helps find solutions. A typical day has him meeting
customers to discuss carpet or stone cleaning, or a taking care
of a damp crawl space. A world traveler, Div studied Economics
and Environmental Science at Tokyo International University and
Willamette University. He served on a commercial fishing boat
in Alaska for 12 years and also purchased construction and
building materials for sites in the Pacific Northwest and
Scandinavia. He’s seen a lot of buildings and can help you
too! His children and family are a big part of his life. He
enjoys being outdoors with his kids doing diverse activities
such as diamond hunting on volcanoes (Yes, seriously!), hiking,
fishing and jumping on the trampoline. |

Matt
Monica – Vice President Matt has been with SteamMaster for over 20 years and has numerous
certifications. His areas of expertise include; Oriental and
Specialty Rug Cleaning, Advanced Structural Restorative Drying,
Upholstery and Fabric Care, Stone Cleaning and Restoration,
Advanced Leather Care, Carpet Repair and Reinstallation,
Microbial Remediation and Auto Detailing. Matt also finds time
to play golf and spend quality time with his wife Deb and
family. |

Mary
Jane – Controller
Mary Jane is a long time employee of SteamMaster, having
been here for over 20 years. When she started, the company only
had 5 employees and operated from the loft in Gary Gilman’s house. Mary Jane
is a jack-of-all-trades but has focused her skills on the accounting demands of the
company. She has
seen SteamMaster grow from just a carpet cleaning company to one
that services homes and offices with a myriad of different
services including mold remediation, hard surface cleaning and
fire restoration. “It’s nice to watch the development and growth
of the business and its employees. We have grown in leaps and
bounds since I joined in 1985.” |

Peter
O'Flinn – Operations Manager Peter directs our
technicians to the day's job sites, making sure they have full
instructions, directions on where to go and have the proper
equipment. He is married to Katie and joined our team in
late 2008.

Ziggy
Urban – Technician
Ziggy is from Poland and has been with SteamMaster for over 5
years. He recently became a citizen of the United States and
resides in our on-site employee housing. Whether
it’s cleaning your carpet or removing water from your
flood, Ziggy will be there to get you back to normal. |

Jeff Wolff - Technician Jeff has been with SteamMaster for 12 years and is a certified AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician). He specializes
in our Mold Remediation jobs. Jeff also installs Clean Space
systems with Colorado Basement Systems. |

Donna Yurcich - Billing Administrator
Donna ensures that Colorado Basement Systems runs
smoothly. She also
tracks the Property Manager Incentive Program, ensuring that
they receive their gifts for using and referring SteamMaster

under “Contact Us.”). When Donna and her husband aren’t
remodeling a house, she enjoys rafting, hiking, biking and
gardening. They also have five dogs, two cats and three
goats. They used to raise pigs, cows and chickens too, but
it got to be too much! |

Shadow - Mascot
Shadow is the Gilman/Stoxen family dog. He enjoys
meeting and greeting visitors and wandering around the building
looking for treats and petting.
