In its simplest form, the DRYAIR system utilizes a hydraulic water heater which warms the fluid. This
heated fluid is pumped through a fluid circulation system loop to heat exchangers at remote locations.
The circulation system provides the fluid circulation loops required to deliver a heated heat transfer
fluid to the heat exchangers and back to the water heater.
The powered heat exchangers are used primarily for heating, drying and climate control applications.
The efficient fan/coil design provides a higher rate of heat that is transferred. Built-in high volume
fans provide the heat delivery and ensures that when heating, it distributes an even flow of heat
throughout the structure, and when drying it gets the required air flow to effectively exhaust moistureladen
air from the structure.
| The inherent features of the exchangers provide a number of on-site advantages: |
- A compact and mobile design for easy positioning
- Clean, low-humidity, heat delivery minimizing energy costs by eliminating the need to draw in
fresh outside airRe-stretching and Repair
- Low humidity environment control essential for inhibiting mold growth
- An optimum environment for interior finish work
- Deodorization and Disinfecting
- Allows for daily application of joint compound or finish texture to drywall
- Minimizes expansion and contraction of wallboard
