When a disaster occurs there are many details to consider when selecting a professional restorer. This is a water extraction tool called an Xtreme Extractor. This machine is used for “top down drying” and has the ability to initiate drying of the carpet, pad, and sub floor without the removal of the carpet and pad.
Air mover and duct used to create negative or positive air pressure in or out of confined spaces.
High velocity vortec fan with a 12” sto & go ducting used to create negative pressure in a crawl space and exhaust wet humid air to the outdoors in order to expedite the drying process.
Air mover used to dry carpet in a closet area. The yellow tubes you see are part of an Injectidry wall drying unit that dries out the wall cavity under a bathroom sink.
750 cfm Desiccant Dehumidifier being used to pump dessert like dry air into a wet crawl space to displace moisture from structural material and to dry the wet soils.
